These terms apply to the Cueluma app and this website. Cueluma provides camera tools and optional AI composition and pose guidance. Features differ by version and region; account and subscription provisions apply only where those features are offered. The service provider is the developer identified on Cueluma’s App Store listing. Contact: supports@cueluma.app.
Using Cueluma
Use Cueluma only if you can form a binding agreement under your local law, or with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision where permitted. The service is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age required locally. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Reading the privacy policy does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional data processing.
Camera access and AI features
Camera access enables photography; photo-library access enables the saving or viewing functions you choose. You can manage permissions in device settings. Optional AI features require an internet connection and send selected images and related instructions to external AI services as explained in the privacy policy. Camera permission alone is not permission to share images with an AI provider. You can decline AI processing and use available non-AI functions.
AI results and physical safety
AI suggestions and reference images can be inaccurate, unsuitable, or similar to results generated for others. They are creative guidance, not professional advice, identity verification, or a guarantee of a particular photograph. Check your surroundings and physical ability before following a pose. Do not enter traffic, trespass, climb unsafe structures, or take other risks to reproduce a suggestion.
Review generated material before sharing it. Keep legally required AI labels and do not present generated content as an authentic record when that would mislead others.
Your photos and permitted use
You retain your rights in the images and other material you provide. You authorize only the processing, transmission, and reproduction needed to deliver the features you request and maintain their security, subject to the privacy policy. This does not transfer ownership of your photos to us. Rights in AI outputs depend on applicable law and third-party rights; uniqueness or copyright protection is not guaranteed.
Have the necessary rights and permissions before photographing or uploading other people, especially children. Do not use the service for illegal, exploitative, harassing, deceptive, or privacy-infringing purposes; bypass access or payment controls; compromise the service; or infringe intellectual property. Rights that applicable law expressly permits, including lawful interoperability or security research, remain unaffected.
Cueluma Plus and purchases
Where offered, Cueluma Plus provides the benefits, usage allowance, price, currency, and billing period shown before purchase. Free allowances and trials follow the offer displayed to you; do not assume unlimited AI use. Apple processes App Store payments using your Apple Account. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account subscription settings before renewal. For a free or discounted trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid a charge. Deleting the app or contacting support does not cancel a subscription. You can restore eligible purchases using the same Apple Account. Refund requests are handled through Apple, subject to its rules and any mandatory consumer rights. Material price or benefit changes will be communicated as required by law and the store.
Identifiers and account security
A version that connects to Cueluma’s account service may create a guest identifier to manage access, usage, and purchase entitlements without an email login. Protect your device and any access credentials; tell us about suspected unauthorized use. Losing local credentials can affect access to a guest account. Contact support for account or data requests; subscription cancellation is handled separately by Apple.
Availability and ending use
You may stop using Cueluma at any time. We may restrict misuse or suspend affected features for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or third-party outages. Where reasonably possible, we will explain a restriction and allow you to contact support to dispute it. If a paid service is materially discontinued, we will provide notice and the remedy required by law or the applicable purchase terms.
Responsibility and consumer rights
We aim to provide the service with reasonable care. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free AI results, or compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by uses contrary to these terms or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury. Your mandatory warranties, refund rights, and other consumer protections remain in force.
Apple and other services
These service terms are between you and Cueluma’s provider. Apple is not responsible for Cueluma’s support or AI services. The Apple Standard EULA governs your license to the iOS app unless a separate valid custom EULA is presented in the App Store. Apple’s store terms and the terms of other services you separately choose also apply to those services. These terms do not replace any mandatory Apple license provisions.
We will update the date on this page when these terms change and give additional notice of material changes where required. Changes do not remove rights already acquired; fresh agreement will be requested where necessary. Mandatory law and any right to bring a claim in your place of residence apply.
